Jack H. Davidson

Jack Davidson has been practicing in the defense worker’s compensation field for over 30 years. Jack began his career at State Compensation Insurance Fund and then later went into private practice and became a partner of Allen, Rhodes & Sobelsohn. Jack has focused on the defense of Workers' Compensation cases including the defense of employers relating to Serious & Willful and Labor Code 132a claims. Thereafter, he opened the Law Offices of Jack H. Davidson in January of 1991 and the current partnership of Davidson & Czuleger was formed in August 2014.

Cristi A. Czuleger

Cristi Czuleger became a partner of the firm in October of 2007 and the new partnership, to Davidson & Czuleger, LLP was formed on August 1, 2014. Cristi handles all aspects of workers' compensation claims from open to close. In addition to representing insurance carriers, third party administrators and employers, Cristi also specializes in aggressively fighting lien claimants and working with SIU departments including litigation of liens with respect to provider fraud, excessive treatment/excessive billing and Official Medical Fee Schedule disputes.

Jimmy Blalock

Jimmy Blalock joined the firm in July 2016. Jimmy represents insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and employers in defense of workers' compensation actions. Before joining Davidson and Czuleger, Jimmy was in-house counsel for Pacific Compensation Insurance Company (PCIC), developing litigation strategy directly to claims professionals and handling claims at inception. While at PCIC, Jimmy was appointed as the large-loss claims attorney. Prior to working at PCIC, Jimmy was an associate at the firm Sheppard and Woolley. While handling a full caseload, Jimmy focused on high-stakes lien litigation and SIU work. Jimmy received his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University.

Lawrence Offner

Lawrence Offner has been practicing worker’s compensation law since 1985 and he joined the firm in January 2016. Lawrence has experience with a wide variety of claims and has handled claims from initial inception through all phases of discovery to final resolution. Larry is licensed to practice before all Courts of the State of California as well as the United States District Court Central District of California.

Dane Gilliam

Dane Gilliam joined the firm in 2018 and has been practicing exclusively in Workers’ Compensation defense since 2010. Before joining the firm, he was working as an associate at Lansford and Gonzales. Dane has been representing employers, self-insured and insurance carriers in all aspects of the defense of Workers’ Compensation claims including Labor Code 132(a) causes of action, serious and willful misconduct matters and coverage issues. With respect to his educational background, Dane is a 2008 graduate of the University of La Verne College of Law, and concurrently received his Masters in Business Administration. While earning his undergraduate degree in legal studies at University of California, Santa Cruz, Dane was a captain on the men’s volleyball team and was honored as an All American.

HEARING REPRESENTATIVE

Mary Evett

Mary Evett is our hearing representative/paralegal and has been working with Davidson and Czuleger since the inception of the firm. Previously, she was performing paralegal work with the Law Offices of Jack H. Davidson. In 2009 she became a hearing representative with regard to the litigation of liens. Mary has extensive knowledge of lien litigation and appeared at all Southern California Workers' Compensation Appeals Boards. Mary represents clients with respect to contribution and all lien issues including lien negotiations, Lien Conferences and Lien Trials.
